I unintentionally removed an employee from the portal, and I’m in desperate need of assistance. Can you please help?
It depends on how you “removed” the employee.

I you just archived the employee, then go to Employee->Placement. Click at the magnifier icon on the upper right corner and search for “Archived” employee, then edit the record by deleting the last status. This will restore the employee back to normal status.

If you DELETED the employee, then it is gone for good.
Is there any way to retrieve it from the backend?
No, there is no way. That’s why there is a very evident warning before you delete any employee.
