One of my staff cannot reach internet connection in both app and browser of HR.my. By the way for other app and web can use the internet. For information he use Huawei.

As a wild guess, I think the Internet connection problem may be due to some settings problem or permission problem, kindly ask your staff to check if there is any app that blocks access to my website etc, other than that there is not much I could assist.
