HR Role user cannot login

Hi Dev,

Two days ago our domain got suspended due to their overused policy. After getting the domain back online, one of our users with the HR Role cannot log in through the HR Role. I’ve checked their credentials and it should be correct according to our documentation. I’ve tried changing the password for that account, but it seems like it only change the password for logging in through employee tab.

Additionally, all of the other employees are getting the Employer mailbox is unreachable. Email notification has been paused. May I know the workaround to solve this issue? I’ve attached some pictures for your perusal.

  1. When your domain got suspended, it would also cause all emails sent to that domain to be unreachable.
  2. When email to an HR Role is unreachable, the HR Role is revoked for security reasons. You will need to re-assign HR Role to this employee.
  3. Obviously your employees are all experiencing the same with “Employer mailbox is unreachable”
  4. The solution is very simple, sign in your Employer account, click at the Verify button to indicate that your email is now reachable again.
