Hr role unable to approve leave cancellation

Hi KC,

As the attached picture, does this mean the 4 used quotas in red are not able to do their HR role as we set them up?

We have 6 employees under the HR role. However, even with the HR Role with the custom access to review their subordinate’s leave application, they could not approve their subordinate’s request for leave cancellation. Please advise.

The 4 Free Quota HR Roles will function as normal. Red only means they were assigned as over-quota HR Role, it won’t affect the use at all.
