I used to have a HR Role assigned to my employee, i need to change it to someone else. Suddenly the access is no longer accessible. I need to change it to someone else to get the extra HR Role but if my current HR role is no longer there i need to rethink. Please advise what i should do in this case.
For old users, they were able to assign employees to HR Roles using free quota.
However, this has been changed and there is no more free quota.
If you remove an existing employee’s HR Role which is under free quota, you will no longer be able to assign it back to another employee using the same free quote HR Role.
