HR.My mobile app received notification but email not received

I had notify in the system, the employee mobile app received notification but their email unable to receive the notification?

When HR.my is sending out notifications, both app push notifications and emails are sent at the same time.

If you could see the app notification, but could not receive the email, it is due to your email server settings:

  • Your email server’s spam filter blocks the email
  • Your email account is out of storage
  • The email lands in your junk folder
  • others

For email issues, you may check with your email server administrator instead.

Also, if your email is unreachable, such as out of storage, then you will see a banner on your Home section, telling you that you email is unreachable. You may enable email delivery again once you have resolved the issue (e.g. increase your email storage) by clicking at the message to validate email delivery again.
