seems we cant access the app employer, even our employee also can upload thier MC all. or can guide how to delete previous staff information,

What do you mean? Do you have any error messages or screenshots?

That’s just notification telling you that you have run out of File Storage.

While it does not affect your normal use, it does no longer accept transactions with File attachments.

Therefore you are advised to free up some storage if you need to add transactions that contain File Attachments, such as uploading attachment for leaves, claims etc.

Employer cannot login , please check, when i login , this message pop out,

If you don’t want to increase the storage, you may free up exiting storage.
