File Storage - Clear Space

Hi Kap-Chew and team!

at the moment, our file storage is at 0%.
how to clear the storage? searched the manual and forum, but can’t find any guidance on how.

please help!

yes, i read it before,

  • When you are running low on file storage, you may make room by cleaning up some obsolete records in [Expense Claim Management], [Leave Management], Document Workflow, [Attendance Management, Document & Form Sharing or Discussions.

but how exactly?

i delete some of documents in documents & form, but in attendance and leave management, i dont know how

Same. Go to Attendance Management, or Field Check-In, filter the records that you want to delete.
