In the management column, I have to either choose respective staff or ALL.
So if I did not add them in prior for specific date, they cannot do the clock in automatically?
They can.
Note that in the management view, you only need to perform ADD if you want to add “Absent” record. Otherwise, just ask your employees to clock in or clock out as usual, there is no need for you to add such record in advance.
