our HR.MY had problem at field check in, which is we cannot selfie (retrieving) at hr.my app and also cannot selfie use online hr.my. we have try refresh/ log in and log out/ turn off on the location still can’t. So can you help me to solve this problem.
Are you using the latest M42 app version?
The problem you are facing is due to a recent update of Android System Webview on most China made mobile phones. This problem has been fixed with the latest HR.my Mobile app.
