Is there an easier and faster way to review incident reports posted. Just like the Review section on the attendance. Thank you.
Why do you need to do so?
Usually incidents will have associated investigations that you may need to review too, that’s why the user interface is designed as such.
Yes i understand. But the thing is. I have to individually look for it per employee unlike the other features with the Review (Attendance and Leave) that shows the overview and easy link to the posted Incident reports.

Do you mean that you need a view that shows all OPEN incidents of employees?

Yes exactly! 
And the list is also clickable for faster viewing. And while your at it, additional suggestion is feature for importation of all filed incident reports to all employees. If it is possible.
