Employee with no email?

When entering employee data in the management system, an email is required for web activation invitations, but what should be done if the employee does not have an email address? Some employees, particularly those with older work habits, may not require an email address for web activation, yet the system still insists on one, additionally the Web Account tab shows ‘no email,’ raising the question and concerns of whether an email is truly necessary for registration.

You may consider signing up Gmail for your employee accounts.

This simply means those listed under No Email tab are without email addresses for sending out invitations.
