Emergency Leave reason

For Annual Leave, reason is not required but when it is applied as an EL, then a reason is required. However when you toggle the reason required, it also applies to the normal AL application.

For EL to have attachment/remark as compulsory item.

Otherwise have to make it compulsory for all leave, including normal

Another query, if i make a new LEAVE TYPE:EMERGENCY, cam the EMERGENCY leave type take from ANNUAL leave count?

Basically ANY leave type could allow for Emergency application. If you would like to enable Emergency leave to be applied under ANNUAL leave, just check the Emergency option in ANNUAL leave type.
