Hi Team

I had a query about one email account which was used to create a HR.my account but the user has already left.
So we have a HR.my account which we use in a company and we want to add that email into our company but it says the account already exist and was used to sign up an Employee web account with another employer. Is there anyway we can delete that email account from the other place and add in our company account.

You can add the same employee email address to MULTIPLE EMPLOYER accounts without any problem.

Hi, please refer attach the error message while logging into the employee web account from the email address that was previously used in a hr.my account.
