Document & Form Sharing

Hi! Just this morning I noticed that for our account the Document & Form Sharing module is not properly flowing down view access to documents uploaded to this module when the access for a document is set to “All Employees”. No employee is able to view a document set to “All Employes” access, only when I manually change it to a specific employee can only that employee view the document.

None of my current documents are viewable to other employees.

Can I receive any help or suggestions to rectify this issue?
