I wanted to enquire if we can disable the option for downloading the PDF attachment files which we upload in the discussion and announcement forum.

Sorry, I don’t understand your question. Can you tell me why do you need to do so?

We are just exploring options that if anything company sensitive is out for the staff eyes only so no one can download and send to other people to see.

I think you may have missed a very important point here.

After uploading your PDF, if no one can download, it also means no one can view.

Whatever that you can view in your browser, is ALREADY DOWNLOADED.
