Hi all, as storage is full and we have deleted some old record. However, it is still remain storage full. Anyone experience this before and can assist?
You need to delete records that contain file attachment.
There is no limit in the storage of records that do no contain file attachments. Storage limit only applies to file attachments.
Yes we did deleted 2021 whole year record but non of storage been free from the deletion. Am I need to delete all record (from year 2022 - current)?
That is very likely due to those 2021 records do not contain any file attachments. You may need to check others as well, such as announcements, discussions etc.
