Deceased Employee

Hi,

One of my employees passed on and I have set the enrolment Terms to deceased. She is now completely missing from HR.MY and I can’t access any of her information. I have tried changing the job status to anything other than active but it doesn’t give me any other options to choose from. I need her manage her leave and also her last payslip but can’t find her anywhere… How do I see her profile again of even just delete the termination until I am done with all of her stuff?

On the Search panel at the right hand side, choose Archived employee.

hi Kapchew, it does not give me that option at all, it only says Active with no other options
