hmmm… why is it so important to have this?
We prefer to have a easy to use and type address in case our staff are not using a specific computer. It’s just how we work. Our staff sometimes don’t get to use their Google account or computers or phone.

True, but that’s just the way we work. We like all addresses to follow our format.
If it won’t work, do you at least have the ability to connect to SSO?
I will need time to study what needs to be in place to offer such feature.
This will require even more effort as compared to a custom web address.
