Hi,

  1. If you have already cancelled your sponsorship, then it won’t renew automatically.
  2. If your sponsorship is still active, it will automatically renew. If you don’t want to renew, you may sign in your account, then go to Crowdfund HR.my, click Change and Stop Sponsorship.

Yes, the invoice will be billed to the same recipient as the previous one.

If you don’t receive it after renewal, you may check your spam folder.
