Clock in successfully but not shown in attendance record

Hi,
One of our staffs had clock in successfully this morning, but it was not shown in our attendance record for today. May I know what is the possible issue here? As the other staff didn’t face this issue at the moment.

Did the record show up in the staff’s account?

We have also faced the same issue, couple of times. No records at all, but staff swear that they clocked in/out.

The actual clock in record is not shown in his attendance record, as well as his staff’s account.

E.g. he clock in on 7:30am on 02.11.2025, but he forgot to clock in on the day before, 01.11.2025, is it possible his above 7:30am clock in has automatically became his clock out record on 01.11.2025?

Because under his 01.11.2025 attendance record showing that he clock in and clock out at 8:00pm.
