Hi, i am trying to change the email address login but did not receive the request code on my email which is a work email (xx@company.com) but able to receive the confirmation code in the new gmail. Please help!
p.s it is not in Spam folder either.

Kindly note that there is nothing that I could do about email related issues, as I don’t control your email domain or server.
