This employee is optional for each leave request (depending on the choice of the employee applying for the leave) and is not predetermined.
You can add to"Notify Additional Recipients" option in Leave Approval Workflow.

Can you explain why you have this kind of use case?
Please allow flexibility for employees to select who approves the leave/request, as well as who to include in CC.
This is due to the overlapping nature of departments within the company, where an employee may work in multiple departments simultaneously and have more than one manager.
Additionally, the employee may wish to include a specific person in CC, which may vary depending on the employee and the type of request.
