Cannot login as Administrator account

Dear HR.my team,

I have a concern about a user account from an employee, the email (email: sokthach.chhim@onionev.com) is changed from employee to administrator account. Unfortunately, that email cannot login as administrator.
Would you kindly provide me with the solution?

Did you mean that after changing the registered email address of your Employer account, you cannot login using the new email address?

Did you try the previous Employer account password?
