Cannot login as admininistrator

Can anyone help? I can’t login HR.my as Administrator :

Please help…because suddenly cannot login as admin.

Ask your Admin to check if you are still assigned as HR Role. If you email address is unreachable, the system will remove your HR Role automatically.

OK , But now…my admin also forgot
so how/pleasee, because i need check attendance my staff

There is nothing that I can do for you if you can’t even know the actual status.

My guess is that you are NOT an Admin. You are only an HR Role, and your email address may be unreachable that caused the system to revoke your HR Role access. Ask your Admin to check for you.
