Cannot Log in Via HR & Payment Update not Given

We paid the donation fee and we’ve not been able to access the extra HR account and the people with HR roles cannot log in to the accoung

I think you may have misunderstood the difference between a Donation and a Sponsorship.

Donation is for users who do not need anything in return.

Sponsorship is for users who need to access extra features, such as HR Roles.

If this is a mistake, kindly let me know your registered employer ID, so that I could refund you.

I just checked, this is a Yearly Sponsorship, you should be able to access extra features.

May I know what problem did you encounter?

I cannot set up new HR roles and my current admin staff cannot log in

I see now.

  1. Kindly note that ONE sponsorship count will only be allowed to add ONE HR Role.
  2. I have checked your sponsorship status, you made ONE sponsorship count.
  3. In this case, what you see is an expected result. You have used up the allocated ONE HR Role Quota.
  4. If you need to assign the HR Role to another employee, you may assign the previous HR Role employee to Employee Role first. Then proceed to assign the free up HR Role to new employee.
  5. If you need more HR Roles, you may consider adding new sponsorship count.
