Whenever i try to do a bulk upload of staff using the excel template, everything else uploads except the date birthdate, date joined and effective date. What can i do? i have tried severally and also followed the format indicated on the excel template but i am still not getting the desired result
- Use the sample data in the template to test
- Take note of your date format entry, not the displayed date format, these are 2 different things

I am facing the same problem.
I followed the date format but it seems the problem persists.
Here are the dates on my excel file:
All imported employees have the same birthday, joined date, and effective date after the import.
Please let me know how to resolve this issue.

This is because what you see is Display Format.
Click at the Formula field in the Excel file, the data there is the actual format.
