Bonus slip request

Hi Dear,
How are you?

We have one employee whose is going to take loan, and he is asking his last year bonus slip.
When i am checking online i can only make salary slip with bonus but there is no separate bonus slip.
When i am doing the same its not showing employees name while select salary process option, why?

There is only Payslip, no such Bonus slip yet. May I know what is it?

You may have chosen wrong pay cycle for the payroll process. If you choose Monthly, only employees with monthly pay cycle will be listed, likewise for other pay cycles.
