Attendance Module Not Visible

Dear HR.my Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am currently using HR.my to manage my payroll and employee records. However, I am unable to find the Attendance module or related settings, such as Attendance Rules or Shifts & Schedules, in my account.

Here are some details about my account:
• Account Type: [Admin/Manager/Other]
• Timezone: Indian/Maldives (GMT+5)
• Issue: Unable to locate the Attendance module and shift management features.

Could you please guide me on how to activate or access the Attendance module? If there are any additional permissions or settings I need to adjust, kindly let me know.

Shifts are not supported yet, but it’s already planned.

Perhaps setting the working hours for your staff (From-To) will help you accomplish what you seek.

i have employees with rotating shifts everyday. how can i do for these staffs?

You will need to wait for the Roster feature then.
