Hi, we are running a shift-based operation for F&B staff working in a mall. Because of the nature of the shifts, our employees often work overtime or come in on their rest days.
We would like to know how we can best utilise the features in HR.my to manage this situation more efficiently. Specifically, we need a way to easily track, calculate, and export the total overtime hours worked by each employee, including overtime on normal working days as well as work done on rest days.
