Good day,
I would like to ask why, even though I have already:
Set the workdays
Assigned the working hours in the employee terms (either 09:00–18:00 or 10:00–19:00)
The system still does not automatically calculate the actual working time, lateness, or overtime, as shown in the screenshot.
with only ONE “First Clock In” record, how do I calculate the working hours?

Good Day,
One time clock I acceped, but for the others like clock in on 08:50AM, clock out on 08:33 AM, should be calculate
Break hour : automatic set 1 hour (previously no, this few day just got)
Actual working hour: 09:00 - 18:00 total 8 hours (depends on the schedule set)
Overtime: 18:00 - 20:30 total 2.5 hours overtime (already set workday 30 mins just count as overtime)
For latest result may refer to screenshot, kindly guide me how to correct set these.
Thanks

Hi Team,
May I have any update on this?
Thanks
I am not able to repeat your record for 08:50AM, clock out on 08:33 PM, can you tell me how you did that?

Hi,
Sorry for typo previously not “am” is "pm’。
For the clocking, is just normal clock before working on 08:50 AM (shift start on 09:00 AM),
and clock out on 08:33 PM due to doing overtime.
All the setting show as per previous screenshot.
Screenshot below is the latest result, problem didn’t solve yet.
As I said, I CANNOT repeat this problem.
Can you try to repeat this issue and tell me what steps to take in order to see such problem?

Alright, it still happens every day. Let me explain the sequence of events:
I set the workday pattern as shown in the third screenshot.
I filled in all the employee details (including workday pattern) in the import file.
I imported the employee file into the system.
All the data appeared correctly, as stated in the first post screenshot.
Staff clocked in before 9 a.m. and clocked out after 6 p.m for every employee.
I navigated to Attendance > Management > Download Report .
This is the result I got.

Are you trying to calculate the over time? As per my experience here, its better for you to do that manually in the excel.

You don’t have to wait for my update. Just export it to Excel and do it manually will do.
