Unlimited. You can set all employees as HR Role if you want.

Hi, I want to ask about the HR Role in HR My Mobile.
Right now I can’t be assigned because it shows “HR Role quotas exceeded” (quota 1, used 1). The previous user has already been removed, but the system still shows the quota as full. Now we can’t add anyone else or add the previous user back.
How can we fix this? Thank you
This is because previous user is likely assigned under Free Quota, which no longer exists.
All NEW HR Roles can only be assigned under Sponsorship Quota.

In this case, you may cancel your existing sponsorship. Don’t worry about the cancellation, your current entitlements will still be valid until the end of the sponsorship period. Cancellation only stops auto renewal.
Then you may sponsor again with your desired sponsorship count so that it would cover your HR Role need.
Both new and old sponsorship entitlements will add up as long as the sponsorships are still valid.
I subscribed to a 1-year sponsorship (1 HR Role) back in June 2026. I would now like to add a second sponsorship (1 more HR Role).
Before proceeding, I want to clarify the correct process: Should I click the “Stop sponsorship” button and subscribe again for 2 roles?
When I click that button, a pop-up states: “Do you want to stop your sponsorship with immediate effect?” Since I still have 10 months remaining on my current June subscription, I am concerned that clicking “Stop sponsorship” will cause me to lose my remaining balance or reset my current active HR Role.
My goal is to run 2 yearly sponsorships now, with the flexibility to add more in a few months.
Could you please advise on the best way to add another role without losing my remaining 10 months?

Just to assure you that, stopping your sponsorship does not terminate your benefits immediately. Your sponsorship benefits will expire only AT THE END of the sponsorship period. In your case, you will still have 10 months remaining.
After that, you may add new sponsorships to provide extra HR Roles. And your total benefits will be the sum of previous + current sponsorship benefits.
