Unlimited. You can set all employees as HR Role if you want.

Hi, I want to ask about the HR Role in HR My Mobile.

Right now I can’t be assigned because it shows “HR Role quotas exceeded” (quota 1, used 1). The previous user has already been removed, but the system still shows the quota as full. Now we can’t add anyone else or add the previous user back.

How can we fix this? Thank you

This is because previous user is likely assigned under Free Quota, which no longer exists.

All NEW HR Roles can only be assigned under Sponsorship Quota.
