Activation Mail Not Delivering

All emails from Hr.my are being delivered to the same mailbox, only activation mail is not delivering, hence the new user is not able to use the web account.

I just checked the mail log, your server classified the activation email from HR.my as spam:

smtp; 554 Your email is considered spam (5.90 spam-hits)

I don’t understand what is happening with these systems. Our spam score is set to 5.5, we have whitelisted hr.my, and the activation email has been delivered. Thank you.
