Sometime there’s too many holiday in a row. We didn’t want to allow staff (some staff or all) to take leave a day or 2 prior to that holiday in a row. Let employer have the power to set it and block it by default if we choose to.

On a second thought, what if the employee needs to apply sick leave?
Usually when we blocked, that’s because the consecutive holidays is too long enough.
But in that case, employer can allow it via the ‘allow emergency leave’ permission setting like the one on ‘workday’.
It use to restrict ‘leave must be applied X day earlier’ but still can apply in emergency situation. Maybe can do similar?
Sort of, but this is far more complicated than simply blocking the dates, i.e. certain types of leaves must be given exceptions, or may be even certain employees? (like based on department or branch etc)
