Dear hr.my I am seriously loving your application and I have been testing the application for a while now. I will definitely be recommending this application to my organisation for it’s full implementation. However, I don’t mean to be selfish, but I want to plead with you to add a poll to the application for employee voting exercise. My organisation rewards honesty by rewarding it’s employees through a voting process to determine the best employee of the month and supervisor of the quarter. This would really help a lot. Tanx

A Polling feature seems interesting.
Can you explain how does your “employee of the month” voting process work? Are all employees eligible to be nominated by ANY employee?
I cannot imagine how it works if an organisation has many employees.
Thanks for your response sir. The nomination is done by every head of department who will nominate an employee from their department every month. The nominees are then posted on a platform with their photos, while all the staff already on that platform casts their votes on their prefared candidates. The results will be seen on real time during the process. In my organization, we have 19 departments and as you may observe, some departments may not receive the awards in that year, given that we have only 12 months in the year. So we decided that any department that has won any of the award category will no more participate in the remaining months of the year. While some departments will be paired in a particular month during the voting process. This is to enable the award reach every departments.
