A few clarification on HR.my regarding security, sponsorship

I am reviewing Hr.my for my company. I have several questions.

  1. Please describe to me how your system is fully data encrypt.
  2. What type of database management server you are using?
  3. Is hr.my has its own firewall?
  4. Can we crowdfund your system and installed it on-premise?
  5. Does the unlimited number of user, cause performance issue for this system?
  6. Explain to me on per unit sponsorship. Does $10 monthly consider as two unit sponsorship?
  7. You mention sponsorship will get extra 1 or 2 Hr role, what is the initial number of HR role for the free / un-sponsorship version?
