Staff Anniversary

I want to ask about staff anniversary in HR.my website. I found out that once we missed out the staff anniversary reminder date, we cannot trace back. Is there any way to trace back?

On the front page of the hr.my website, there are sections for staff leave, end of probation, end of contract, salary review, anniversary, birthday, and more. Among these sections is the ‘anniversary’ part, which usually reminds us of staff anniversaries, end of probation dates, birthdays, and similar events. However, I missed the date of my staff anniversary (joining date of the company) on the hr.my website, and unfortunately, I cannot retrieve it after the date has passed. Would you happen to know if there are any possible ways to trace it back? Thank you so much

usually, hr.my system will remind administrative user about staff anniversary (which means the join date of company). However as we keep getting busy, we overlooked the reminder.

so my question is, can we trace back the date of anniversary of the staff?

Not sure if I fully understand your question, but you may always find out the anniversary date via Employee->Management
