Any one can guide me how i import attendance manually in HR.my?

I’m already set my time zone to my Pakistani time zone and already set the employees work shift A employee places 2 times their employee ID, one for check-in and the other for check-out. out, when I add on this pattern, they show error time zone error. I have read the detail in help user guide but they show error If any one can share a screenshot of how they add employee ID, check in out time

You need to make sure that timezone is set correctly, then make sure that you DO NOT import future time.

My time zone is okay

But when I imported, they said we didn’t find data. Could you please share the screenshot? what is the accurate way to add data in excel sheet?

Did you use the provided template to prepare your data?

Yes i have attached the screenshot for your reference.

Can you show me the screenshot for the errors?

Both screenshots are attached for your reference.

The first one show the error and second one is the data file screenshot. i have added the data but they show error data not found

Did you use Excel to open and save the file as Excel 95 xls format?

I don’t know; I just opened the provided template, added the data, and pressed Ctrl+S, and then tried to import the file in the HR. my

I would like to suggest adding a feature to HR.my that allows for manual attendance marking by managers, as an alternative to integrating the attendance machine. This feature would provide flexibility and ensure accurate record-keeping in situations where automated systems might not be feasible.

Don’t you know which software that you used to open and edit the template?

What do you mean?

Like HR Manager, keep the record of the employee attendance? My mean is that, like HR Manager, mark the absent employees attendance from HR. my then they also mark the present employees attendance as it is the feature of absenties marking

Not sure if I fully understand you, but if you mean to manually add attendance record, then Yes, you may do so as Admin.
